Service policies

Privacy Policy

This policy explains browser storage and data used for accounts, orders and service operation.

Browser storage and essential cookies

Browser local storage saves studies, language and appearance preferences, model favourites, recent use and some interface preferences. These do not automatically sync across devices. Clearing browser data may remove them. When you use account features, essential cookies verify sign-in codes, keep you signed in and identify the current browser. Codes are valid for 10 minutes, sign-in sessions last up to 30 days, and the browser identification cookie lasts up to 1 year. You can sign out or clear cookies; you may then need to verify your email again.

Saving studies and sharing you initiate

Studies are saved in the current browser and do not sync to the cloud automatically. Clearing browser data may delete local studies. You can create a study code or sharing link to give the included scene settings to its recipient.

Optional usage analytics

When optional analytics is enabled and you consent, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) records sanitized page, locale, source, model-ready, first meaningful interaction, PRO preview, checkout, and confirmed purchase and associated refund events. We do not send email addresses, payment customer IDs or full practice share codes to GA. Advertising personalization and signals are disabled. Declining or withdrawing consent does not affect product use. Your choice is stored locally until you change or delete it. The GA cookie lasts 30 minutes and refreshes with use. Optional checkout linkage is stored on the server for up to 30 days. After withdrawal, future collection stops and deletion of pending linkage is requested; data already received by Google is not automatically deleted. For data requests, contact contact@venusvase.art.

Accounts, orders and data requests

When you use account features, we process your email, the link between your account and payment customer, sessions and browser device identifiers to send codes, verify identity, restore purchases and manage up to 3 signed-in devices. Codes and session credentials are stored as hashes. Abuse prevention processes the request IP address and uses hashed rate-limit identifiers. Payment records include orders, subscriptions, amounts, billing periods and refund status to provide access, process refunds and reconcile payments. The site does not store full card numbers or security codes. Cloudflare provides hosting, storage, email delivery and human verification. When you check out through Paddle, Paddle processes the information needed for payment. The service logs operation categories and status information for troubleshooting errors; hosting providers also process network information needed for delivery and security. Account, order and log records are not all deleted when a code or session expires. To ask about retention or request access, correction or deletion, email contact@venusvase.art. Records needed for transactions, disputes or legal obligations may not be eligible for immediate deletion.

Third-party service information

Paddle publishes its own terms and privacy information for payment processing, buyer services and personal data. You can read them using the links below. Our product delivery and refund commitments are also described here and in the relevant site policies.
