These terms describe the studio, its paid plans and how the service is provided.
Brand and operator
Venus & the Vase / 陶罐与维纳斯 is operated by JIN CHENGZHU as an individual. For product, order or policy questions, contact contact@venusvase.art.
Paddle transaction terms
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
Once purchasing opens, our online reseller Paddle.com handles orders as Merchant of Record, including payment collection, applicable taxes, billing, order inquiries and refund processing. We provide the product, usage support and this site’s refund commitment. Transactions through Paddle checkout are also subject to the official Paddle Buyer Terms.
Service and delivery
The service provides 3D drawing references in your browser. All 167 models and basic tools are free. PRO plans include three groups of advanced tools—structure, perspective, and value analysis—as well as transparent PNG and watermark-free reference exports. Free users can export a standard PNG at no charge; it keeps the current background and includes a site watermark. Both standard and transparent PNG exports are watermark-free with PRO. Both exports omit the interface and guides; transparent PNG has no background and keeps the current export dimensions. The site does not offer downloads of GLB files, textures or other model assets. Model details include source and licence information.
Annual and lifetime plans
When purchasing opens, two plans will be available: US$19.99 per year, renewing automatically each year until you cancel before the next charge; and a US$49.99 lifetime purchase, paid once, with no automatic renewal or scheduled expiry of the purchased access. Both cover the content listed on the plan page at the time of purchase. The amount due and applicable taxes will be shown before checkout. After purchase, use the same checkout email to verify your account and access. Free features need no sign-in.
Accounts and access
Sign in with the same purchase email to verify and restore your access. Changing the page language does not affect your account, orders, or access.
